Position Description (duties and responsibilities):
Incumbent will assist in providing managerial and administrative support to senior level management supporting the Reset Program. Applicant will assist in establishing, maintaining and enforcing program policies and procedures and will provide guidance and support to the U.S. Army units. Will assist in identifying, requesting, tracking and management of funding as well as the disposition of the B16 items. Knowledge of B16 a plus, briefing charts, databases, and spreadsheets a must.
* Overall supervision of DRS employees regarding their professional conduct
* leave (PTO) timely submissions
* Ensuring that DRS employees maintain appropriate dress standards
* General personal accountability
* Reviewing and forwarding all TDY request to the PM office
* Granting time off for periods under two hours
* Reporting unusual employee circumstances and situations to the PMs office
* Reporting Government request to the PMs Office
* Mitigating low level problems and disagreements between DRS employees and elevating issues, as appropriate to the PMs Office.
Required Qualifications:
· Must have experience including developing functional requirements for complex integrated ADP systems.
· Must possess superior functional knowledge of task order-specific requirements.
· Must demonstrate ability to work independently or under only general direction.
· Applicant must be a US citizen.
· Must also possess at a minimum an active interim SECRET clearance or higher, meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will be subject to a government security investigation.
· Employment will be contingent upon favorable results of a company background investigation and drug screening.
