Job Title: Outlooksoft BPC Developer II

Job Description:

assist with assessment of company’s Business Planning and Consolidations, Financial Consolidation and/or Management Reporting/Analysis capabilities as well as create system and process recommendations


·         Engage in end to end deployment lifecycle activities to enable the company’s end to end performance management cycle, including the following activities:


o        Documentation of business requirements


o        Application design o Conducting gap analyses between business requirements and  solutions


o        Creation of functional design documentation o Build test and deployment


·         Gather requirements and provide documentation for to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs


·         Assist in developing business case materials for recommended EPM planning, operating, and measurement tools.


 


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE


·         Complete understanding of BPC design and architecture


·         3+ years experience in the area of BPC application design, development, administration and maintenance


·         CPA


·         Finance background including planning, budgeting and forecasting processes


·         Thorough understanding of SAP BPC (OutlookSoft) functionality and experience with BPC implementation and roll-outs


·         Full software development lifecycle experience including budgets is a must.


·         Ability to design and develop input schedules, reports and custom interfaces


·         Experience designing application set, application, dimensions, properties, loading data


·         Experience with the development of planning/forecasting models


·         Ability to work on complex reporting requirements and interface BPC applications to design end-to-end reporting solutions


·         A clear understanding of change control/project management.


·         Experience as OLS Admin

·        Experience with  SQL Server 2008 as backend


·         SOX is a big PLUS



 


 


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES    


·         Work closely with business users to design and extend functionality within BPC


·         Work closely with business users to design, develop, test and implement input schedules, reports and custom interfaces


·         Work on complex reporting requirements and interface BPC and BI applications to design end-to-end reporting solutions


·         Administer and oversee any changes to the application design and functionality


·         Assist in troubleshooting technical and functional issues, work closely with end-users and technical support to resolve issues


·         Write and/or review documentation/user guides/training material as required.
