We currently have an opportunity available for an Metrics Analyst-WebTrends Analyst to work onsite for one of our prestigious DIRECT end clients in Secaucus, NJ.  This is position is a minimum of 1 year in Length.
  This ongoing initiative is within a department of a Shared Services Technical Team supporting a Global Portfolio  focused on Metrics Analysis.


The Metrics Analyst is responsible for full provision of the measurements/metrics service.  The main goals of this position are:
1.Collaborating with business owners to define and implement application measurements/metrics deemed useful to the business; 
2.Team with business owners to create an efficient management reporting system which reduces/eliminates redundancy and labor-intensive data manipulation.  This is accomplished by maximizing capabilities of available tools and/or leveraging new tools deemed better suited to meet the needs of the business.


The technology/product is utilizes the Webtrends product enabled in products within our Global Portfolio.
* Collaboration with business application owners to gather and analyze business requirements, provide estimates and present proposed solutions;
* Collaboration with application development teams to integrate measurement requirements into applications;
* Management/storage of source data;
* Full working knowledge of available reporting tools and creation of related reporting structure;
* Creation and maintenance of related documentation;
* Implementation of technical metrics to facilitate portfolio application management and support;
* Software vendor management, including technical support of reporting tools and management of licensing costs;
* Manage server infrastructure, including software upgrades, user and password management, monitor server performance and uptime and management of available storage;
* Respond to ad hoc service requests on a timely basis.
