The Corporate Business Development Group (CBDG) is one of the primary growth drivers at Henry Schein. The group is responsible for executing the company's inorganic growth strategy while maintaining the company's unique culture. The CBDG engages in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, modeling transactions and helping to integrate businesses into HSI. The CBDG works with other business units to identify issues and facilitate integration planning and the group also acts as the primary interface with target companies and vendors throughout the negotiation, due diligence and eventual closing process. Individuals within the group need to possess strong quantitative, analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills while being able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
