• A highly aggressive sales professional with a proven track record of success • At least 10 years direct sales and business development experience selling syndicated audience measurement services to TV networks, cable networks, TV broadcast groups, and/or cable MSOs. • Understanding of audience measurement and how information can be applied to help a media operator to maximize ad sales and audience development. • Appreciate strategic shifts in advertiser objectives from traditional TV metrics (GRPs, Cost per Point) to need for quantification of ROI at the campaign and more discrete level • First hand familiarity with TV audience measurement pricing and contract structures • Personal interest in and enthusiasm for the rapidly changing technological landscape of video content distribution • A relentless work ethic and a desire to go the extra mile • Established contacts and relationships within the Media industry • Must be a “rainmaker” /deal maker who excels within an entrepreneurial culture

Job Title: Vice President, TV Sales & Business Development Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: New York, NY or Reston, VA ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The VP, Sales & Business Development will:
• Identify opportunities for selling in comScore’s data processing and reporting capabilities of census-level (e.g. Set Top Box) TV data to cable TV operators and other entities in possession of such census-level TV data • Develop and manage rates for Set Top Box, TV audience, and “three screen” data into the TV marketplace • Serve as lead salesperson in selling TV audience measurement deliverables to TV and cable networks, cable MSOs, and TV broadcasters • Play a significant industry role as a leading promoter and advocate for census-based TV advertising programs • Establish and maintain appropriate rate cards for selling these offerings into the TV marketplace • Identify and, in conjunction with the appropriate executive team, develop relationships with partners (data owners such as cable operators in possession of STB data; other research companies) who provide opportunities for integrated data offerings into the TV marketplace. • Serve as point person to liase with potential strategic partners for development of cross-platform TV/video deliverables.
