Shoe Sales

• Meet set % of total business goals as defined by management.


• Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals for department.


• Ensure staff meets guidelines for client book usuage.


• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on selling floor.

• Maintain the highest degree of customer service.


• Assist sales associates with various customer service issues.


• Empower associates to make decisions in the best interest of providing good customer service.
  

• Effective utilization of POS system and its inventory management functions.


• Partner with logistics and product teams to insure appropriate assortment.


• Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports as stipulated by the Regional VP/Product Correspondents.


• Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
  

Shoe Visuals:

• Maintain merchandising standards as set forth by corporate visual department, to achieve goals of proper window installation and display.
  

Human Resources:

• Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular individual and department meetings;administer quarterly and annual reviews.


• Identify and develop growth potential of individual staff members. 

• BA/BS a plus.


• Foreign Languages a plus.


• Computer literacy.


• Minimum 3-5 years retail experience with 3-5 years specialty management.
