A successful GM should:

1) Be able to role model the Teavana selling process, which includes maintaining a high level of personal sales and coaching and training your sales team while also controlling expenses.

2) Recruit, hire and train a professional selling team to help accomplish the store goals.

3) Balance the first 2 things while successfully completing the operational and administrative parts of the GM role.


Requirements    

GM candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years managing the overall selling and operations culture of a retail store (related mgmt experience may be considered).

And:
