Responsibilities:

ISO is looking for a bright motivated product development specialist to contribute your knowledge and experience in the Property and Casualty arena to ISO's Commercial Multi-Line division.  The person in this role will:

    * Analyze current insurance trends, court cases and legislation affecting ISO's commercial multi-line products, including general liability, commercial property, umbrella and excess liability and medical professional liability insurance
    * Research assigned projects, discuss and make recommendations to management
    * Lead projects, at times, for projects affecting multiple lines of insurance, including all commercial property and liability lines
    * Draft revisions to insurance forms and rules and prepare filings, circulars and related items on a statewide or multistate basis
    * Prepare, research, and present agenda items to Panels
    * Respond to customer, regulatory, and field office inquiries



Qualifications:

    *
      College degree or equivalent experience.
    * At least four years experience involving forms and rules duties for at least one P/C line of insurance preferred.
    * At least 2 years experience General Liability and/or Commercial Property with deep coverage exposure is required.  This may be waived for current ISO employees with Lines experience, but is imperative for external candidates.
    * Knowledge of ISO Line procedures a plus.
    * Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
    * Computer knowledge is a plus.
    * Some CPCU exams a plus.
