Email Marketing Manager


 


This position focuses on our e-mail marketing efforts and offers a tremendous opportunity to manage an online marketing team in one of the fastest growing industries.  We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits, 401(k) plan and a fast paced working environment.



Responsibilities include:



  • Run and manage our outbound e-mail application and maximize the application’s potential. Experience with mass e-mail senders such as Eloqua, Email Labs, Bronto a plus.

  • Develop, create, and publish e-mail Marketing materials to be sent to clients and various interest groups

  • Supervise the activities of an email team, writers, and designers to create an effective e-mail.

  • Perform project management and coordinate between departments

  • Act as subject matter expert for program managers by assisting in the strategy of email campaigns.

  • Report and analyze the results of e-mail Marketing initiatives, using Excel


 


Requirements:



  • Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)

  • 2-5 years of experience in Email Marketing or General Online Marketing

  • Management experience in a team oriented environment



  • In house, hands on email Marketing experience (candidates with experience in outsourcing email marketing projects will NOT be considered)



  • Basic-Intermediate understanding of HTML. Understanding of CSS, JavaScript, and basic database theory a plus

  • Must have Excel skills (Charting, Formulas, etc.) and be technically savvy

  • Well versed in CAN-SPAM regulations and global electronic regulations

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment


 



  • Procedure-oriented with strong critical thinking skills

  • Detail oriented, analytical, self starter, with the ability to handle heavy execution
