We are currently looking for an E-Media Sales/Operations Coordinator in our New York City office (333 7th Avenue). The eMedia Sales Coordinator plays a vital, detail-oriented, order processing role for the online advertising campaigns across a 250 site network of medical eJournal sites. Specifically, you'll focus on the post-sales processing of advertising campaigns while assisting account management team with proposals, campaign optimization and billing reconciliation. This includes providing quality assurance, logging traffic, pulling campaign reports, preparation of proposals, inventory management and reviewing the status of campaigns in order to optimize their performance. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot and resolve site and advertiser issues, requiring you to handle clients with grace and confidence while working closely with account management team(s) and internal departments. Patient, adaptable and dedicated, you also possess great time-management skills and the ability to multitask. This role reports to the Director of Advertising Sales.
Responsibilities:
· The eMedia Sales Coordinator is expected to understand site ad functionality, including knowledge of all ad products available on our site, general availability and performance of each unit.
· Inventory management of online advertising campaigns
· Traffic all IOs, Campaign confirmations, and Reports.
· Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimizing as needed.
· Proactive daily analysis and campaign optimization.
· Produce weekly reports outlining campaign performance and sales pipeline opportunities
· Interact with internal as well as external clients including but not limited to coordination and consultation to ensure a successful advertising campaign.
· Manage and be accountable for billing reconciliation and reporting.
· Perform the day-to-day scheduling and updates, inventory status and communications between Ad Trafficker and Sales account managers
· Assistance with certification of Rich Media Vendor Technologies and RFP entry from 3rd party servers such as Dart, Atlas and Eyeblaster
Requirements:
· 2-3 years minimum of online ad trafficking experience.
· Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
· Ability to work under tight deadlines.
· Understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly DART for Advertisers & Publishers (DFA/DFP)
· Understanding of order entry platforms, particularly DART Sales Manager (DSM)
· Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and communication skills
· Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments.
· Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tags (Mediaplex, Atlas, and Doubleclick).
· Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
· BA/BS preferred
