Position Description: Ensure efficient shipping to department store, catalog, E-commerce and EILEEN FISHER accounts following appropriate guidelines in order to prevent chargebacks.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

- Obtains and studies all routing guides for department store, catalog and e-commerce accounts; keeps others appropriately informed of any changes to routing instructions, keeping notices on file for reference.
- Invoices major, catalog and e-commerce accounts and meets requests/demands to ensure timely shipping.
- Clears purchase orders and schedule pick-ups; notifies and consults with Sales Operations team regarding any issues that arise and require resolution.
- Completes documentation such as bills of lading and manifests accurately and timely; keeps documents organized and ready to accompany shipments; maintains files of these documents for reference.
- Ensures accurate count of merchandise in boxes and on the bills of lading and/or manifests; obtains all necessary signatures before the merchandise is released to the driver.
- Provide all necessary support to Accounts Receivable department to file POD and resolve charge backs.
- Helps resolve all purchase order or shipping issues with the Operational Sales Support team.
