Position Description (duties and responsibilities):
Incumbent will assist in providing managerial and administrative support to senior level management supporting the Reset Program. Applicant will assist in establishing, maintaining and enforcing program policies and procedures and will provide guidance and support to the U.S. Army units. Will assist in identifying, requesting, tracking and management of funding as well as the disposition of the B16 items. Knowledge of B16 a plus, briefing charts, databases, and spreadsheets a must.
Required Qualifications:
* Must have prior experience in RESET
* Must be able to obtain a SIPRNET account.
* Must be able to obtain a COMSEC account.
* Familiarity with Army Logistics, PEBUS, AWARDS, ARMT, SDS, SARS, RESET
* Must have experience including developing functional requirements for complex integrated ADP systems.
* Must be able to obtain a "Courier Card" granting authority to transport CLASSIFIED material between buildings within the CECOM LCMC HQ complex.
* Must understand the RESET Mission.
* Knowledge of FAR and DCAA regulations
* Proficiency in Excel is necessary.
* Must be detailed oriented.
* Must possess superior functional knowledge of task order-specific requirements.
* Must demonstrate ability to work independently or under only general direction.
* Applicant must be a US citizen.
* Must also possess at a minimum an active SECRET clearance or higher, meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will be subject to a government security investigation.
