Summary Description
Under direction of the Supervisor, Mail, Receiving and Supplies, responsible for distribution of office supplies and physical pick-up and delivery of office equipment.

Monitors supplies inventory levels and notifies the Supervisor when re-orders are needed. Replenishes supplies for supply cabinets, conference rooms and computer room. Responds to staff requests for supplies. Ensures all stock supplies and equipment items are well organized and that the main Supply Room and other storage areas are neatly kept. Monitors and replenishes paper and toner for photocopiers on floors on a regular schedule. Receives incoming shipments, checking for complete orders and/or damaged goods. Checks quality of delivered stock supplies and notifies the Supervisor, Mail, Receiving and Supplies of any variation defect, substitution, or substandard shipment. Decals newly purchased office and computer equipment under the supervision of the Supervisor, Mail, Receiving and Supplies. Prepares shipments of forms, equipment, and supplies to field offices, and delivers to the Mail Center for shipment.

Qualifications
Working knowledge of automated shipping and receiving tracking systems. Strong interpersonal and computer skills. Customer service orientation with detailed knowledge of receiving and supplies processing, with strong attention to detail.

Salary
$30,100 – $36,000
