Description Represent the GBU, and its businesses, in all aspects of corporate matters, including customer/government contract matters.
1. 6 - 12+ years experience in a large or significant law firm and/or corporate setting.
2. Provide legal advice and services for the following:
• Customer contracts and government contracts (for hospital and distributor customer contracts, etc.; provide legal oversight for management of federal government supply schedules and other highly regulated procurement processes)
• Real Estate (negotiation and preparation of real estate leases, purchases, sales, easements, etc.)
• Mergers and Acquisitions (perform legal due diligence, etc.)
3. Prepare and negotiate complex commercial agreements for the division and businesses to the extent supplemental
contract support is appropriate
4. Coordinate with clients, divisional counsel, and/or specialty attorneys as required to ensure timely legal support of
business objectives and to report status of projects
5. Providing legal advice regarding sales, marketing, compliance and other activities;
6. Approve marketing materials through the marcomm process
Requirements J.D. licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where the office is located plus considerable legal experience in areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and contract law

Ability to supervise a team of professionals in a positive leadership environment; Excellent interpersonal skills
