They are currently seeking a midlevel associate with Corporate experience for their New York office.

Requirements:

    * Class of '02-'04 Private Equity/M&A/General Corporate - Broad based private M&A and private equity experience representing both private equity funds and corporate clients in M&A activity; representing portfolio companies (both private and public) in M&A, capital markets, acquisition financing and general corporate matters. Knowledge of '34 Act compliance and SEC corporate governance would be helpful.
