Job Description:
Human Resources Generalist:
Under broad corporate direction, is accountable for the development, implementation, and administration of all phases of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment & employment, HRIS, compensation administration, benefits, organizational development, affirmative action labor relations, training, development and safety & health. Implements programs and policies designed to protect company and employee interests in accordance with corporate H.R. policies and governmental laws and regulations. Identifies and complies with legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with major course work in personnel administration, business or other related field; and minimum of five years experience with at least two years of supervisory or administrative capacity. Strong computer skills are a must.
