This position, which is a 2-3 year temporary assignment, is responsible for providing human resources generalist support to the Technology / Finance Enterprise Resource Planning initiative. These responsibilities include change management, compensation, recruitment, and performance management activities during the development and large scale implementation of this integrated technology solutions project. Individual will work closely with the VP Technology Solutions & VP Business Manager, and their respective project teams.
Essential Accountabilities
* Implement change management by assessing talent, developing strategy, developing teams, addressing future needs, and preparing for transitioning to completed status.
* Collaborate with Corporate Rewards and Recognition to develop and administer project based incentives.
* Partner with segment technology, finance and HR groups to determine staffing requirements for project.
* Work in conjunction with TA to recruit any full-time, part-time, contract and temporary employees needed during the ERP cycle.
* Provide guidance on generalist activities such as performance management, goal setting, diversity, and employee relations.
* Experience in a shared service and/or ERP implementation or other large scale change initiative is required.
* Solid project management skills and experience.
* Demonstrated experience in staffing for large scale information technology based projects on peak and nonpeak project assignments.
* Strong facilitation, team building and influencing skills required.
* Eight to ten years of related human resource management, including compensation, experience within a major corporation.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results within time constraints.
* Ability to build solid business relationships with various diverse segment, project and team leaders to ensure that talent is appropriate for assignments and employment goals are met.
* Ability to gain a comprehensive knowledge of businesses, segment strategies, objectives and business requirements as it relates to MHP and ERP.
* Bachelor of Science with course work or certificate in Human Resource Management, Organization Development or Psychology and/or MBA/ Master in Human Resource Management.
