 Description
Weichert, Realtors is currently looking to hire an HR Coordinator who would work at the corporate headquarters located in Morris Plains, NJ.  This person should be motivated, professional, and experienced in many HR related functions. 
 


Job Responsibilities Include:


Job Descriptions and Classifications
Annual Performance Reviews
Development and maintenance of company policy
Administration of benefits and knowledge of regulations in the benefits field
 
 
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred (Human Resources or Psychology major a plus)
3+ years of related HR experience
Extensive experience with job descriptions/classifications a MUST
Experienced in multi-state operations
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience with HRIS Software required
Ability to manage a high volume workload
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
