Position Description:
Analytical team member for assigned projects. Provide a variety of compensation analysis, project management and systems responsibilities in support of HR/Payroll Dept initiatives and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate, implement and interpret compensation guidelines, processes and practices
* Communicate complex concepts, findings, and analysis to internal customers in a useful and friendly user format
* Assess internal and external equity, identify trends and formulate action plans to maintain integrity of compensation structure through benchmarking and other standard compensation practices
* Participate in selected compensation and related surveys
* Create and evaluate job descriptions
* Work with staff inside and outside the department to assist customers and ensure the smooth administration of pay policies and programs
* Create project timelines and personally complete as well as coordinate a variety of HR/Payroll projects
* Create tools and processes to support implementation of special projects
* Perform other duties as requested
* Collects, analyzes, and prepares wage and salary data to facilitate compensation and management functions of organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 to 10 years of progressive compensation design and implementation experience.
Strong facilitation skill acquired through prior consulting or related experience.
Advanced data analysis skills and highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access DB and PowerPoint.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to make effective presentations.
Project management skills and significant exposure to HRIS, preferably ADP Enterprise with ability to write reports.
Ability to maintain confidentiality required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Performance of the required duties will require sitting; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
