Position Description (duties and responsibilities):
Individual will assist with Travel coordination for TC&NS.
· Review/Coordinate travel requests
· Ensure all arrangements have been requested to include travel advances, forwarding to travel agency, review tickets and itineraries once returned, coordinate delivery to employee in a timely manner.
· Ensure each request is followed up with a travel expense report submission including all required receipts.
· Ensure entire expense report package is forwarded, as required in its entirety to corporate offices for final processing
· Prepare and maintain a database that will track travel process from request through finalization of expense report
Qualifications:
· 3- 4 years of experience in related field
· Applicant must be a US citizen.
· Must also possess at a minimum an active SECRET clearance or higher, meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will be subject to a government security investigation.
· Employment will be contingent upon favorable results of a company background investigation and drug screening.
