Main Purpose of the Role:Cleans guestrooms by performing the following duties.

Main Areas of Responsibilities:1.Responsible for the cleanliness and order of all assigned guestrooms.

2.Changes linens, vacuums, dusts, cleans the bathroom, and replenishes supplies daily.

3.Reports all maintenance problems in the guestrooms.

4.Completes work slip and night count reports daily.

5.Offers all assistance possible to hotel guests.

6.Follows and is familiar with the hotel's Injury and Illness Prevention Program and lift and safety system.

7.Is familiar with and carries out policies and procedures set forth by the hotel.

8.Initiates and aides in effective communication within the department as well as other departments.

9.Assumes other duties and responsibilities delegated by Housekeeping Manager or Exec. Housekeeper.

10.Keeps working area clean orderly replenish supplies on cleaning carts.

Experience/Skills and Abilities Required:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

- Ability to effectively communicate information to guests and other associates of the hotel.

Education/Certifications Required:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
