PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To ensure that all work orders, dubs and digital deliveries are completed accurately and on-time and meet company service standards.  Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy and productivity.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

• Make sure all materials including Masters are properly Q.C.’d


• Make sure all work orders are shipped/uploaded on-time


• Check basket for work orders to be processed immediately


• Complete PO with Vendor and due back time info and print PO


• Expedite PO and tack onto PO bulletin board for reference


• Pull masters and make sure they are delivered to facilities on-time


• Print shipping labels and prepare packages sorted by order and sections


• Clip work order and PO to empty packages prior to receiving dubs


• Enter delivery information on work orders


• Copy PO and call Vendor for order status prior to picking up dubs


• Check dubs against PO while at Vendor to make sure order is complete


• Verify dub quantities, formats and stations against order prior to shipping


• Make all in-house video dubs, as required (less than 12/order)


• Send audio transmissions as required and confirm receipt by vendor


• Send video transmissions as required and confirm receipt by vendor


• Put PO into In-house PO folder for all in-house jobs


• Report any deadline conflicts to Supervisor


• Maintain stock shelves and inventory


• Maintain all machines in working order and notify Supervisor of any problems


• Keep all work areas neat and orderly


• Act as back-up for driver or messenger when needed


• Maintain good vendor relationships


• Maintain professional attitude and performance

MEASURABLE OUTPUT:

• On Time completion of all work orders


• Accurate packaging and shipment of all materials


• No Q.C. or shipping errors and on-time delivery


• Detailed and organized follow-up of packages and daily completion of paperwork


• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner regarding appearance and communication


• All dubs made in house to meet broadcast standards
