Responsible for sustaining engineering projects associated with manufacturability, reliability and productivity enhancements.  Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and resolving issues related to new and existing products in fabrication and assembly.

  Sustain manufacturing activities by providing engineering support and troubleshooting problems

  Develop, validate and document process improvements

  Responsible for ensuring the cost-effective manufacturability of new product designs during the introduction process

  Provide all necessary process documentation for the fabrication and assembly of new products

  Implement and maintain safe operating procedures, tools, and equipment in compliance with appropriate safety standards

  Participate in all design reviews, and make appropriate recommendations to ensure manufacturability of the product

  Initiate and/or approve all necessary changes in mechanical design, tooling, processes and documentation that affect the manufacturability of an item

  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical engineering preferred

  0-2 years related experience

  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, Bill of Material maintenance, and Routings
  
  


• Knowledge of manufacturing methods/processes
