Responsibilities:
* Develop business requirements and other documentation, including Development involvement, timelines and estimates for projects accepted by ClaimSearch Operations management. Provide documentation, monitor and follow up for resolution of outstanding issues.
* Analyze and recommend priorities on enhancements to be undertaken based on benefit and resources.
* Review new and existing statutes with ClaimSearch Compliance, Legal and Government Relations to assure that reporting to ClaimSearch satisfies the requirements.
* Interact with internal and external training units and Marketing to assure appropriate resources and documents are available for training programs to be released to participants
* Assume responsibility for special projects as assigned by Senior management
Qualifications:
* College degree or equivalent business management experience.
* Two years experience in business project management and results analysis.
* Two years experience in insurance claims, special investigations or equivalent.
* Strong analytical ability.
* Strong oral and written skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel software programs
