Overview:
ETI Product Delivery Manager working within the Exchange Traded Instruments Project management team. Delivery of timely and quality products. Involvement delivery from initial business inception to full scale product deployment. Support for the business owner in mission analysis and budget submissions. Leadership of the definition, delivery and deployment phases of the client’s Project Process. Able to manage single large complex Programs or multiple smaller Programs without supervision. Deliver Programs to support client’s ability to achieve revenue targets in customer segments. Manages Programs within client’s Project Practice standards to time, quality and budget.

Responsibilities:
Essential day to day responsibilities:
* Defines documents and delivers large-scale Programs of work.
* Actively participates in all phases of the project.
* Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the Program. Defines and champions a method of working to manage the strategy.
* Defines and champions a method of working to ensure there is an effective, representative and accurate business steer for the active elements of the Program (i.e. ensuring project governance is put in place to support delivery of the strategy).
* Has effective control, leadership and responsibility for the defined scope of the Program - including Program level change control.
* Develops and leads the process for dealing with rapid major change.
* Ensures the communication channels and processes are in place to notify the relevant people so that plans can be amended, and the necessary action taken.
* Provides thought leadership on appropriateness of tools and process to project goals. Influences Program sponsor to set and modify Program scope in response to external influences.
* Modifies personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance.

Qualifications:
Education:Degree Preferred
Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
Experience must demonstrate managing large-scale software development projects or programs (with teams based in multiple locations offshore and onshore) to successfully deliver within specified timescales and budget.
Able to demonstrate ability to deal with major change and ambiguity.
Project Delivery, Project Risk Management, Project Staff Management, Project Communication, Project 3rd Party Management, Improving Project performance, Decision Making, and Organizational Change - all Expert Level.
Desired Skills:
Professional certification such as PMP from the Project Management Institute is highly desirable.
