Our continued success has created new opportunities for a Manager of Global Project Management in our Fairfield, CT office.
The Project Manager is the single point of contact between Kantar Operations and Client Service teams at stakeholder companies from pre-field to post-field across data collection methodologies. The Project Manager is responsible for the timely delivery of quality data gathered in the most cost effective manner. Project Managers (PM) are involved in consultation of study estimation, overall study design, sample sources, vendor selection and management, briefing guides, study launch and ongoing management of the study. The PM is responsible for ensuring that the project meets timing and budget expectations, which may require detailed problem analysis and solution orientation. The PM must proactively trouble shoot and propose effective solutions while maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholder teams across North America.
The Manager of Global Project Management is responsible for managing and developing a team of Global Project Managers. Additional responsibilities include:
*Managing complex international studies, and /or providing senior level lead on projects (including consultation on the best practices and procedures, overall study design, sample sources and vendor selection, study launch and ongoing progress reporting and analysis)
*Participating in or leading internal initiatives
Required Skills:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related area and a minimum of 3 years marketing research or project management experience. Candidate should have Internet research expertise, experience across multiple methodologies, or International project work. Requires competency in the areas of project management, consultancy, and financial responsibility. Needs to demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills. Requires excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple deadlines. Must have experience managing a team of direct reports (4+).
