Customer Contribution Management Development
' Implement customer contribution to NIN -Decide structure, develop roadmap, Validate TTS classification, Hierarchy and TTS Strategy
Identify and implement the role of customer contribution in to the current Customer Planning and Integrated Commercial Planning processes
Drive Customer Investment Behavior and Control components to include:
Management and Control
Investment evaluation
Monitoring and Reporting
Adherence to Guidelines
Process Support ' IC3 System and Templates
Develop Training plan, content, and execute with the Retail Sales Organization
Understanding TTS Categorization
CCS Awareness and Optimization
Sales Best Practice Training and financial awareness
Develop and monitor the reporting of customer contribution
Development and implementation of on-going communication plan pertaining to the evolution of customer contribution
Ensure Global compliance of customer contribution guidelines are applied to Nestle Nutrition.
Liaise LGO systems Generating Demand.
Development of Customer contribution KPI's
Ensure compliance, process and training related to global Net Net Sales.
Adapt TTS Categorization according to the new customer contribution structure and guidelines.
Customer Contribution Management Communication
Conduct monthly meetings to review customer contribution results and agree to improvement actions, if necessary
Collaborate with TTS Manager to evaluate and monitor TTS fund decisions and the impacts on customer contribution
