Job Title:            Program Quality Assurance Specialist
Reports to:           Vice President of Programs and Operations
Job Summary:          The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures consistency and accountability
                      in program data, procedures and interagency and client communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
   -   Under supervision of the VP of Programs and Operations and in coordination with the
       Director of Research and Evaluation and Program Directors, develop quality guidelines
       for program data, procedures and interagency and client communications across
       WHEDCo’s programs.
   -   Monitor program data to ensure accuracy and assist in implementation of data
       management changes in response to findings.
       Assess client satisfaction surveys and assist in implementation of program design
   -
       changes in response to findings.
   -   Create and maintain detailed work flow diagrams for each program, including task
       allocation and supervisory roles.
   -   Analyze data and diagrams as relevant to program quality concerns and report findings
       and suggestions to the VP of Programs and Operations and Program Directors.
   -   Review and edit interagency and client communications, including departmental memos,
       announcements and reports.
   -   Develop staff training workshops on agency procedures, professional writing and other
       topics.
   -   Exercise judgment to flag any issues of concern regarding the quality of programs
       overall.
   -   Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years experience in related field
- Experience with social service program delivery preferred
- Excellent proofreading and copy editing skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Ability to learn complex processes quickly
  Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
