Role Purpose:
Supports Global Consulting & Services and Sales with reporting and analytics. Plans, manages and executes processes and procedures to provide management information on departmental resources’ skills, deployment, work forecasting and scheduling.
Principal Accountabilities:
Executes operational initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, forecasting, customer relationship management, client satisfaction programme, or infrastructure projects. Provides reporting and analytics by reporting progress and highlighting potential issues and opportunities. Coordinates operational activities/projects with other functions including regional operations, finance, human resources, MIS and sales, as appropriate. Provides program and project management support to document and coordinate policies, processes and systems rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless execution of plans. May manage one or more operations systems (e.g. time sheet process, resource list, development request, reporting, forecasting or capacity planning) and provide appropriate degree of user support.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years of operations experience. Working knowledge of IMS products and systems preferable. Good PC applications (Access, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
