HR Service Delivery
Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from HR Strategy to process design to shared and self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.
Senior Managers will sell, manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative operational and technology solutions for our clients. Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the growth and development of the HR Service Delivery group in a variety of ways, including:
• Engagement Management: managing engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable; defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
• Business Development: developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating in and leading aspects of the proposal development process, contributing to proposal pricing strategy.
• Practice Development & Eminence: developing solutions and methodologies, developing "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
• People Development: performing role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Qualifications:
· At least 10 years of external consulting experience in Human Capital. Big 5 experience strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated experience selling and managing large scale, complex Human Capital Transformation engagements in the areas of HR business process design, HR service delivery strategy, HR outsourcing advisory, and/or shared service center design and implementation coupled with HR systems selection.
· A strong project manager and leader.
· Proven experience as a coach and/or counselor to junior staff members.
· Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
· Bachelors Degree required. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
· The ability to travel a minimum of 80%.
