Description ::    

Coordinating various corporate law matters related to incorporation, compliances for IT Company using LexisNexis research tools; conducting extensive business negotiations with joint ventures, Vendors and Customers; drafting, negotiating and reviewing corporate contracts, including confidentiality, consulting and terms and conditions; assisting in a project to develop a software product to prevent identity theft of data sent across the internet for commercial transactions in a non-technical perspective; completing business intelligence reports for internal and external clients; reviewing litigation needs of external clients and acting as a liaison with external clients and recommending improvements in legal compliance; conducting gap analysis and assessing risk management and control of business and legal operations in IT industry in order to recommend improvements; and contributing to planning and controlling the company’s growth and expansion.
Skills Required ::     Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business or Law and one year’s experience in the job.
