Main Areas of Responsibilities: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

o Develop and implement value enhancement opportunities
o Investment Modeling
o Performance tracking of operating results
o Develop, implement and track profit maximization at hotel operations
o Perform miscellaneous functions as assigned by the Operations Senior Management.
o Position is located in Dallas, Texas, and may include limited travel.
o Implement and track Quality Improvement Processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

o Bachelor's Degree
o 2-3 years experience in the hospitality field or real estate finance.
o Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to prioritize tasks.
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
o Must be able to develop integrated advanced analytical models for reporting and forecasting for single properties as well as portfolios.
o Monthly P&L analysis — investigate causes of variances vs. budget and forecast.
o Communicate forecast changes to corporate planning group.
o Identify opportunities for expense savings and recommend corrective action.
o Administer and manage the compilation of budget templates.
o Development of appropriate analysis/schedules identifying significant positive and/or negative trends.
o Financial reporting projects as requested by senior management.
o Stay abreast of operation changes and model forecast impact.
