	Responsibilities
	The Technical Services Specialist is responsible for: On-site post-sale installation, maintenance, and repair of company products and systems, including hardware, software, and networking products Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance procedures Using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failures Maintaining current technical knowledge, certifications, and expertise on all product enhancements, technology changes, and new product introductions
	Qualifications
	To qualify, you must possess: High school diploma or the equivalent At least 2 years of directly related experience Electronics or similar vocational training or equivalent experience Certifications: Comptia A+, Net+ Effective communication, time management, organizational, and analytical skills Strong teamwork and customer relations skills Knowledge of PC and associated software applications Knowledge of service organization practices and procedures Only those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.
