Title Construction Management-Project Manager, Public Sector

Requirements The successful candidate will assist in the management of construction projects including coordinating with in-house staff, outside consultants and clients. Minimum of 10 years experience in design, project management and construction supervision is required. Must have excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) and be organized. Must be a take charge individual with a history of client satisfaction., and a 4 year Construction Management or related engineering degree is required. Must be willing to travel to project sites within the State of New Jersey.
Experience in managing Owner/Agency K-12 & Higher Education construction is required. Applicants without K-12 & Higher Education experience will not be considered and need not apply.
