Job Responsibilities

The Senior Account Associate is an integral part of overall client satisfaction with our products and services. A significant part of this position involves gathering information from clients and RMS departments in order to perform tests using RMS products to solve client issues and questions. The Senior Account Associate monitors the progress of client inquiries to ensure and confirm final resolution internally and/or externally. This position is responsible for disseminating new knowledge or feedback of product related issues to other RMS staff or clients as necessary. Where appropriate, the Senior Account Associate will provide assistance to the product development effort and execute on special projects as directed. This position also entails training and mentoring other new Account Associates, ensuring that they are able to answer client questions correctly and efficiently. The Senior Account Associate is often times the first point of contact for many of our clients; therefore this is a position where relationship building begins.


Job Requirements / Qualifications

A BS/BA or equivalent is required. This position requires technical aptitude with the following technologies: Microsoft based applications (Word, Excel, Access), including database management and some networking (SQL, ODBC and IIS). Knowledge of RMS products RiskLink, RiskBrowser and PTM is highly desired. Excellent time management and organization skills are necessary to meet the challenging demands of the Account Associate role. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are also necessary. Previous product-support related experience is not required but is desired. We are seeking an individual with an analytical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the desire to work as a team to assist our clients.
