A large managed care company seeks two Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Take enrollment service calls, providing responses to questions and mailing information in response to requests.
- Educate clients about managed care plans.
- Assesses clients' health needs and assists them in choosing a health plan.
- Enroll new members and disenroll those who want to be disenrolled.
- Review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
To be considered, you should have both customer service and health care experience. Managed care experience would be a big plus. Bilingual in Russian, Chinese, Spanish, or Korean would be huge.
