ACTION
1. Create opportunities for personal interaction and awareness with all clients including visiting them on a regular basis, entertaining outside of work hours and getting to know who them on many levels.
2. Lead client requests from order entry to completion.
3. Understand TJ&A service capabilities in order to recognize how clients can be taking advantage of them, as well as keeping clients advised on technology advances within the industry.
4. Contribute as a source to support Client Service and Sales by understanding how to identify relevant information regarding Clients, as well as updating any additions or changes to client personnel to Contacts and Management.
5. Prepare estimates and status reports; provide crucial billing advisories where required while insuring Client Rates and special quotes are made available to Accounting.
6. Participate on a bi-coastal team of AEs to manage daily orders and/or special requests as well as implement procedural development and changes with Client Service, Operations, Sales and Accounting.
7. Assess and communicate internally ideas for advancing AE ability to accomplish tasks and goals.
