A leading international bank with various branches both in the U.S. and overseas is looking for a leader for their East Coast Division who will manage both business development and portfolio mangement with strong emphasis on customer relationships and team development. This individual will be responsible for managing and oversight of all commercial banking activities of the bank. Must have a strong background in Commercial Real Estate, Construction, C&I and some SBA Lending. Must manage all commercial banking officers to ensure goals are established and are being met as well as managing all aspects of direct lending and underwriting functions within the Division. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors Degree preferably in finance, business or a related field and 10+ years in management of commercial and construction lending with a  sound knowledge of regulatory requirements. Must be able to provide group leadership to a team of support staff and demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints. If you possess these skills we want to talk to you !
