Major Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
* Front office duties- receive clients/guests, answer incoming phone calls, handle incoming/outgoing mail
* Coordinate luncheons, appointments, and meetings, conference calls for office on a daily basis as well as interoffice regular meetings and social events.
* Handle issues and coordinate vendors related to building property management
* Initiate office set-up, resource acquisition (computers, phones and phone extensions, etc.) for all new employees. Work closely with Human Resources team on New Hire Orientation.
* Provide resources/research support for marketing/sales teams including preparing proposals, presentations, informational packets, etc…
* Maintain a very polished and professional appearance and phone manner to greet clients in person and on the telephone.
* Maintain clean and professional appearance for kitchen and common areas
* Coordinate and post conference room schedules
* Inventory and maintain clean and orderly supply room
Skills/Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent years of experience preferably in a similar field)
* Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite
* Strong MS PowerPoint skills required
* Must be a team-player, driven and energetic
* Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced working environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks
* Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
* Able to remain calm and productive in a dynamic environment
* Ability to set-up office computers, phones and phone extensions
