Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to C-Level executive by functioning as a central point of contact and handles administrative type functions in order to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities. Great opportunity for a Coordinator to liaison with C-level executive, respective teams, and an expanding Global organization.
Support Global and North America Development teams
Liaison with Global accounts, management, and business units
Manage client deliverables including list updates and distribution of standard deliverables
Manage client teleconferences including set-up, registration, and attendance tracking
Document and information management on portal and Intranet
Meeting planning (onsite and virtual)
Maintain and monitor task list and calendar
Draft, review and revise correspondence, email, reports and multimedia presentations
Manage a wide variety of complex and confidential situations by exercising discretion and independent judgment
Manage a variety of special projects, as necessary
Develop presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
Working with CRM system to produce monthly reports
Manage and maintain:
Budgets, bonuses, overhead costs, travel
Portal for internal team
Account plans – work with various team within the organization to create workshops and plans
Reporting – produce reports to be presented to the Global Board
Team recruitment
Human Resources processes
Appointment letters, incentive plans, appraisal forms and management packets, and payout letters

Experience & Skill Responsibilities:
5+ years supporting senior leadership
2+ years supporting C-Level executive preferred
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong time management skills
Global experience a plus
Education:
Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent years of experience
