Summary Description
Provides administrative and secretarial support to three Investment Division Directors. Maintains Directors’ calendars, schedules appointments, meetings, conferences and seminars. Makes travel reservations, processes travel authorizations and prepares expense reports. Provides research and analysis for specific projects as required by the Investment Directors. Coordinates annual proxy report to the Board of Trustees’ Proxy Committee. Assists in development of PowerPoint presentation materials for Director’s and committee meetings. Oversees investment library during absences of the Investment Service Librarian.
Qualifications
Excellent secretarial skills, including accuracy in keyboarding and proofreading; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and E-mail programs. Must possess strong organizational skills, be a team player and have exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills.
Preferred Qualifications
BA or BS or combination of equivalent experience and education. Familiarity with investment terminology software.
