Office Manager

This is a fast-paced, funds investment business in which the ideal candidate will need to display unparalleled professionalism, be punctual, and multi-task. In particular, the position requires the following responsibilities:

• Prepare management for their day
• Answer phone, route calls, and take messages
• Manage front reception and facilities
• Greet, serve, and direct visitors to appropriate area or person
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and facilities and prepare agendas
• Read, summarize and route all incoming mail
• Prepare and send outgoing mail and correspondence including letters, e-mail, and faxes
• Organize and maintain file system for correspondence and other records
• Manage and maintain records of travel, entertainment and other company expenses
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance
• Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
• Other duties and special projects as assigned


Experience/Skills and Abilities Required:
The following are strictly required:


• 4-year college degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
• Less than 5 years work experience, with a preference for experience within the financial services industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Punctual, reliable and consistent attendance mandatory
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Exemplary interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Willing to “roll up sleeves”, self start and be energetic
