Job Description:
This position provides a great learning opportunity as the role will work closely with the Tax Accounting, International, Federal and State Teams as well as Senior Tax Management on various projects. The position provides an opportunity to sharpen your managerial skills as you recruit, hire, delegate to, review and mentor our group of tax interns.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Review automated Tax Accounting schedules monthly
    * Utilize cutting edge tax software to create an efficient compliance process
    * Federal, State & City income tax return prep and review (including estimates and extensions)
    * Assist with research and planning
    * Assist audit team with substantiation (federal and state)

EDUCATION

    *
      Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related discipline is required
    *
      MST coursework a plus
    *
      CPA a plus

EXPERIENCE

    *
      0-5 years of Tax experience preferred
    *
      Must work well with others to meet team goals
    *
      Must be highly organized, responsible and detail-oriented
    *
      Must have ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with limited supervision
    *
      Must have strong oral and written communication skills
