Accounts Receivable-Billing Representative-Major

Description:

Barnes and Noble College Booksellers Inc., is searching for an Accounts Receivable-Billing Representative. In this position you will be responsible for the processing of all billings as well as the maintenance of the master file for the accounts assigned to them for Accounts Receivable. In addition, you will be required to assist in setting up Remit from customers in PeopleSoft for the purposes of billing and follow thru that all invoices are sent out.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Preferred. 2 plus years of experience in an Accounts Receivable and/or Billing Processing position. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent follow-up and organizational skills are required for this position. Must be proficient in MSWord and MSEXCEL.   ERP System experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle, and/or PeopleSoft ERP System).
